Who Am I?
Hello! My name is Muhammad Nabil Hanifathan, but I go by Nabil. I am currently a student at SMAN 1 Kota Bogor, in class X-P4. I’m 15 years old, turning 16 soon, as I was born on October 1, 2010. From the womb until now, I’ve lived at Perumahan Taman Kenari Blok D3 no 6A, RT03 RW01, 16155, Cimahpar, North Bogor, Bogor City. At home, I’m accompanied by my parents and three siblings—two older sisters and one younger sister, which makes me the only son in the family.
When it comes to my personality, I consider myself a naturally curious person. I love asking “why” and digging deeper into topics that interest me, because I believe there’s always more to discover if you just look closely enough. I also have an analytical mindset, which means I enjoy breaking down complex problems into smaller, manageable steps. This helps me stay calm and focused even when things get difficult. At the same time, I prefer to learn by doing and experimenting rather than just reading theory, which is why I love hands-on projects like building this website or tinkering with game mechanics. I tend to be calm under pressure and approach challenges with a logical, step-by-step mindset, always looking for the most efficient solution.. I’m drawn to anything that allows self-expression. Creating something from nothing is one of the most rewarding feelings I know, and I always try to bring that creative energy into everything I do. I also don’t give up easily when faced with challenges, I see them as opportunities to grow. Every failure/embarrassing moment teaches me something valuable, and I try to learn from every mistake I make.
A fun fact about me: my younger sister and I are dizygotic twins, born just five minutes apart! Since childhood, we’ve been in the same schools from Tirtasari Kindergarten, to SDN Sindang Sari elementary, then SMPN 5 Kota Bogor junior high, and now continuing together at SMAN 1 Kota Bogor. Because we’ve shared so many experiences growing up side by side, I feel closer to and understand my twin sister more than anyone else. That might also explain why we have similar personalities, even though our interests and hobbies couldn’t be more different. She loves creating and channeling her ideas through visual arts and drawing, while I’m much more inclined toward technology, puzzle/problem-solving and strategic games.
My Personal Motto
“Approach every challenge with curiosity and a desire to find creative solutions.” I live by this quote every day. It reminds me that even when things are hard, there’s always a way forward if I stay curious and open-minded. I believe that every obstacle is just another opportunity to grow, learn, and become better than I was yesterday.
